As a main contractor serving both public and private sectors in Singapore, the Group also possesses an A2 grade under BCA’s CW02 category for civil engineering, allowing it to tender for Public Sector projects with values up to S$85 million. Demonstrating a proven track record, KSH has successfully managed construction projects spanning diverse industries, consistently achieving high performance ratings in CONQUAS, a standard assessment system evaluating the quality of building projects. The Group has been honored with multiple BCA Construction Excellence Awards, including recognitions for projects such as Fullerton Bay Hotel and NUS University Town’s Education Resource Centre in 2013, Madison Residences in 2014, and Mount Alvernia Hospital in 2016, among others.
